| Each appointed employee takes part in approximately 5 training coursesper
year in the work techniques and its environment. Regular information taken
from specialized magazines is handed oveJ to each member of the personel.
Keme Elagage possesses the qualifications P140 and P141 given under the
ministry's supervision by Qualipaysage ,registered under number 97/E/X50000/186
for the plant-care products. Both technicians and administrative employees
are trained in first aid. As far as the work on trees which are close to
electric networks is concemed, the technicians, after a training period
are accredited BOHOV in accordance to the UTE 18510 standard, allowing them
to work safely. Last but not least, the SARL Keme is recognized as a training
institution under the number 53290396729 and has already trained more than
300 territorial agents, students, farmers. The firm has joined the forest
collective convention. Moreover, Keme Elagage is a member of the following
organizations : UNEP, SEQUOIA, SF A and AETF. |
